Recently,
as an Overseas Logistics Sales Manager, I participated in the 3-day JC
Trans International Logistics Exhibition held in Shanghai. The core goal
of this exhibition was to connect with global overseas agents, focus on
conveying the operational advantages of Qingdao and Shanghai ports, and
share stable and high-quality capacity resources to lay the foundation
for future cooperation.
Key Achievements
Accurate Conveyance of Port Advantages:Addressing
the efficiency and cost concerns of overseas agents, we detailed Qingdao
Port’s geographical advantages as a northern logistics hub—dense routes
to Japan and South Korea, fast customs clearance, and stable space
guarantee. We also explained Shanghai Port’s global hub
value—comprehensive coverage of major global ports, well-developed
multimodal transport networks, and rich experience in handling special
cargo, helping agents clearly identify route-matching solutions.
In-depth Docking of Capacity Resources:On-site, we
shared our long-term cooperative resources with multiple top shipping
companies to overseas agents, including peak-season capacity reserves,
stable freight rates for regular routes, and specialized transportation
solutions for dangerous goods and oversize cargo. During the exhibition,
we received consultations from over 50 groups of overseas agents and
collected more than 20 clear cooperation intentions, covering popular
routes such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
Follow-up Actions
After
the exhibition, we will promptly send materials such as port operation
procedures and capacity quotation details to intended agents, customize
exclusive logistics solutions based on their needs, and continue to
follow up and communicate to convert intentions into actual cooperation,
further expanding the global logistics agent network.
